WE REQUIRE 24 HOURS NOTICE FOR CANCELLATION OF A LESSON. If you don’t show up for your lesson you will be charged. Missed lessons with appropriate notice will be made up at a mutually appointed time.

If instructor misses lesson, appropriate notice will be given or a qualified replacement instructor will be provided.

One full month notice required if permanently canceling lessons or if time needed for holidays. (ie. If stopping lessons October 1, notice is to be given by or before September 1. Anything less will result in billing for the following month.)

Payments for lessons are to be made by postdated cheques made payable on the first of every month to MUSICMAC PRODUCTIONS. Cash payments are required on the last lesson of the month for the month following. Fee of $20.00 on all NSF cheques.

REGISTRATION FEE $20 PER STUDENT, $30 PER FAMILY.

Arrive on time for lessons. Lessons are booked back to back and it is not fair for someone who is on time for his lesson to have to wait because another student was late. For example, if your lesson is scheduled from 7:00pm to 7:30pm and you arrive at 7:10pm, your lesson will now be 20 minutes in duration and you will be charged for a full lesson.

Students must be prepared by bringing their notebook and any other material necessary to the lesson. Students are required to practice homework.
